1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the v7v73 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on v7v73 through which you access all platform services.

• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

Any Account found to have been registered by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds held within the Account will be forfeited.

3.3 Capacity

By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or on behalf of any third party. You further confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into these Terms.

3.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on v7v73: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from v7v73 or any other gambling platform; (c) employees of v7v73 or any of its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members; (d) individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion programme through a problem gambling support service.

4 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration

To use the v7v73 Platform, you must complete the registration process at v7v73 Login. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including a valid mobile number and a unique username. You agree to promptly update your account information if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one registered Account on v7v73. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are identified, v7v73 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all Bonus Funds held within them.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

v7v73 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or proof of address issued within the last three months. Withdrawal requests above specified thresholds will require successful completion of KYC verification before processing. v7v73 may suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC and will not be liable for delays arising from your failure to provide requested documentation promptly.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

v7v73 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). v7v73 does not accept cash deposits or payments made by third parties on behalf of a player.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by v7v73, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five to thirty minutes of a request being submitted, subject to KYC clearance. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to twenty-four hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. v7v73 does not charge a processing fee on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their standard transaction fees.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the name on your v7v73 Account. v7v73 reserves the right to request documentary proof of ownership of any withdrawal destination before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until all active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been satisfied.

5.5 Refused or Delayed Transactions

v7v73 may refuse or delay a transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, v7v73 may freeze the relevant Account pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authorities. v7v73 will not be liable for any financial loss you suffer as a result of a transaction being refused or delayed on these grounds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

v7v73 offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 to new players who make their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to players aged 21 and above who register a new Account and meet the minimum deposit requirement. The bonus is credited automatically upon qualification and is subject to the wagering requirements set out in the individual promotion terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real Money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated in the specific promotion terms applicable to each bonus. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings accumulated from them.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

v7v73 maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to convert Bonus Funds into withdrawable Real Money with minimal genuine wagering; coordinating play across multiple Accounts; exploiting errors in bonus mechanics or promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, v7v73 reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses, void related winnings, and close the offending Accounts.

6.4 Promotion Modifications

v7v73 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to individual promotions do not constitute an amendment to these Terms. Players are advised to review the current promotion terms before participating.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on v7v73 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. v7v73 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is confirmed only once the Platform has issued a bet confirmation reference number to your Account.

7.2 Odds & Pricing

7.3 Void Bets

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play bets are subject to live market fluctuations and may be suspended at any time without notice. v7v73 bears no responsibility for losses arising from connectivity issues, delays in data feeds, or late bet placement that results in a bet being accepted after a material event has occurred. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when placing in-play bets.

7.5 Maximum Payout

A maximum payout limit applies to individual bet settlements. The applicable maximum payout for each sport and market type is published in the platform help section. v7v73 reserves the right to limit winnings in excess of the stated maximum, regardless of the odds at which the bet was accepted.

8 Casino Games

8.1 Game Providers

9 Prohibited Conduct

12 Limitation of Liability

v7v73's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude v7v73's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
